We are down to the last day, and marking items off the lists often. Hubby has one last doctor's appointment to deal with, and we both are picking up prescriptions today, so we won't have too many to fill on the road. Dry goods and clothes are packed, today will be the refrigerator and freezer, plus the cooler for the truck for drinks.
Pretty excited to try out some new items this trip. We bought an icemaker after our trip last summer, so hoping that will keep our cooler stocked and we won't have to buy ice on the road. That gets so expensive after a while.
We also fought with the cute little chest in the living room the entire trip last summer, so when we got home, hubby built a drop-in cabinet behind it to keep it from moving around. That holds our TVs and blankets. He padded the interior walls with sheet insulation used in the camper walls. Have I mentioned lately how clever he is??

I was finally able to get Google Maps to cooperate and split the trip into 3 maps to make it work better. Here is the "final" proposed route. Looking forward to seeing this part of the country and visiting with family and friends along the way! Hope you will join us as we travel, and hope I will have enough bandwidth to be able to update fairly regularly.
See you on the road!
