Finally, we begin the reno on the bedroom! The plan here was to try to turn the bed to go with the length of the trailer and turn the slide into clothes storage. First, though demo, and yes, MORE water damage.
Hubby did not sigh so much this time, just proceeded to remove and fix what needed to be fixed. THIS time, he knew how it needed to be done, and sadly, once again, we removed outside siding panels to remove rotten structural pieces and replace them with good wood.
Fortunately, this time not as much damage, so repairs were quickly done and renovations begun.
Update: We were able to figure out what we wanted to do in the bedroom, which includes putting a dresser unit in the slide for clothes.

Much has been built and painted, as we are nearing completion of the project. All walls are repaired and painted. Hubby has also built & painted the dresser unit, both night tables and the bed and its headboard. All that remains in the bedroom is to install carpet and put the furniture in place.
